How Does Any Great Love Affair Begin?
Dieseldora (tm Miss Alli) met at MightyBigTV at the height of the Dawson’s Creek/Pacey Lust of the infamous third season of the deliciously cheesy teen melodrama.
Isadora was a big board whore who lived at the DC boards. Diesel delved in slowly, having always had sense enough to know better than to admit to watching shows like Dawson’s Creek. Eventually, they were both swept up in the great fic-olution and found themselves slumming all over the ’net for Pacey fanfic of any and all quality.
Eventually, the two came together to create a website where they could frolic unfettered by the need to be nice to people they didn’t like. Diesel’s great web skills were a compliment to Isadora’s vision (ok, let’s don’t kid ourselves; Isadora is a clueless whore and she’s lucky to have Diesel). The two came together to create the best place to discuss Creek fanfic and the Creek’s kerr-azy ass fans.
Diesel met Isadora and thought, “That bitch is CRAZY!”
Isadora met Diesel and blurted, “You’re so much less bitchy than I expected!”
Together with their friends at MBTV and later at their own little message board, they ruled the Dawson’s Creek fandom with a mighty wit and a mean spirit. And were loved and hated in equal measure.
As the sun set on the DC fandom, Dieseldora took a step back to regroup.
Isadora hung out in her office and realized she didn’t have a real life left anymore, so something new had to come along.
Diesel mourned the loss of the fandom but realized there was a big world worth mocking out there.
Together, with their angry fingers twitching back and forth, they realized that there was no limit to the bitchery they could unleash. And with that thought in mind they created Madnono.com.
But Who Are They Really?
Wouldn’t you like to know!
Isadora is a crafty chick, freelance writer, and angry feminist. She likes to drink but, oddly, rarely does. She is married and has two cats. She works from home but keeps (relatively) normal hours and would not feel compelled to edit anyone who calls her a cunt on the boards.
Diesel is allegedly high up at a civil-liberties organization, but she likes to think her coworkers don’t know how much time she spends on the Internet, so we can’t reveal more about her job than that. She loves music, and she really is, in fact, with the band. She is married and has two cats but opts not to write long journal entries about them.
