I go to www.tvtattle.com every day. Sometimes twice!

Hmm. The linking feature is buggy!

Ooh, weird. I'll have to look into that and will add it to my to-do list (which, sadly, hasn't gotten any shorter in the last two weeks thanks to my nasty flu).

After feeling the ghostly head injuries of Jimmy Hoffa this past weekend, I went a'googlin'.

I love the internet so, so much. Cover-ups! (http://www.coverups.com/index2.htm)

I hate it when my favorite sites change format. I really feel like MBTV lost it's original logo? I stopped caring that day.

Anyway, salon.com has revamped its site and oh did they need to do that but now? I really dislike it. It just has no personality now and that eagle logo for the war room page is just terrible and it's really bothering me.

Wah, wah, wah! Who needs content when you have pretty?

I :luv: Google's home page! I do the custom page thing and they just recently introduced "themes" and I am IN LOVE with the "tea house" theme! OMG. It's like cuteoverload.com every time I open my browser! The theme reflects the time of day (and I think some of the themes even reflect the weather when you program in a zip code) so my little fox who lives in the pagoda is currently doing his daily washing! Earlier, he was having lunch! Last night, he was sitting on his porch and the fireflies were keeping his orchard lit up! OMG.

*dies from cuteness*

OMG I  it! I just picked the bus stop one. I'll keep you posted on its happening!

Is the bus stop one good?

I need to make an informed choice.

It didn't do anything for a whole day! It was supposed to be one of those things that changed but I didn't see any changes!

So I switched to Is's tea house. Very very cute!

There are easter eggs, apparently, and at 3:14 a.m. weird shit happens. Hee! The night sky shows the "pi" sign! And the tea house is visited by weird spirits! Bizarre! I wish they would wake up the fox because I worry that he's lonely all alone at the tea house.

Supposedly the bus stop only changes with your local weather. I typed in Seattle as my city and it was raining--one of the guys even had a SCUBA suit on! Hee! But I can't give up my tea house fox. I am in luv!

I especially like the evenings, when he plays his little guitar and there are little lights floating on the lake! *sniff* Or when he's stargazing! Of course, I love when he's sleeping and his little sandals are sitting next to him on the porch.

Seriously, I LOVE HIM.

He is too cute! Though a little to Chinky for my taste, but whatev.

He is now having a little picinic and the frog prince is eating flies.

BTW, where are you finding spoilers for the fox activities? Hmm let's see, what part of the word is 3AM right now?

Aww, I didn't get the "chinky" thing! I'm so clueless! I just thought he was smiling! And I kept wondering why he lived in a Pagoda! I felt a kinship with him for liking sushi! :rollin: I'm an ASS! I feel like Ginni not getting the homosexual subtext in things! Except I'm white and straight. But you know what I mean! I went to college for this! How did I miss it?

Now I feel guilty for loving him!

As for the eggs, I just searched: "google" "tea house" fox!

I tried putting a city in Micronesia and Russia, but it doesn't seem to recognize cities outside the US. Sadly, I did not see the ghosts. :(

I guess I'll have to set the thing for Hawaii and check on it tomorrow at 9:14AM.

Go Fug Yourself is doing a game called Fug Madness (http://gofugyourself.typepad.com/go_fug_yourself/fug_madness/index.html). It's like March Madness, but with fug celebs. I'm gonna play!

I'm guessing they'll put up the contenders tomorrow since it starts next week. My early prediction is Bai Ling (whom they lurve to bag on), but if it's a fame-off/hate-off more than a fug-off, Lohan could win it.

Bai Ling is who I'd lay my money on. Or maybe a Peldon? But I totally see Lohan up there in the finals.

Can't wait!

The brackets are up and I pick Bai Ling, Sienna Miller, Lohan, and Paris for the final four. I gotta say, the Charo bracket is really strong on fug, with the top three capable of winning it all. I wonder why the Peldons didn't make it. Maybe they weren't prominant enough this year or maybe they fell into the Britney category and are too vulnerable to be made fun of? Did one of the Peldons have a mental breakdown this year?

The one little Peldon was such a cute child actor. I have no idea what her fugly fake :boobies:'d sister is supposed to be famous for though.

The Peldons are the play-in matchup. That is effin' genius.

Final Four posted! Nary a Peldon in the bunch, unfortunately.

It'll be Sharon Stone vs. Posh, and Paris vs. Bai Ling.

I'm thinking that Bai Ling is going to take the whole thing.

I have two of my originals picks in the Final Four, so I did okay. I really think Miller vs. Posh should've gone to Miller because her fug is way more consistent, if not nearly as daring so I'm a little bitter about that, but that's okay. And I do think Bai Ling should and probably will win. It was an awesome matchup between her and Sevigny, though. I really debated for awhile about who to go with.

ophy

Bai vs. Posh!!!!

I really thought Sharon Stone was going to go up against Bai in the final, so I'm a bit disappointed. No way in hell that Posh is going to knock out Bai. Not gonna happen.

I am addicted to the feature "Crap Emails from a dude" at Jezebel (http://jezebel.com/tag/crap-email-from-a-dude/) .

That link goes to the tag, so it should pull up all of them.

My fave quote so far:

No matter- it still feels ugly. And I still don't understand why the truth- the whole scenario- wouldn't have just flown from you. Without truth, there can be no true intimacy. At best, the inadequate salve of an orgasm.

I'm going to offer mr.o the inadequate salve of an orgasm tonight, baby!

And this one just has me scratching my head in WTF-itude:

This resulted in a quite unusual dynamic or power struggle, that could easily be described in terms of Jung, Hegel, Sartre or Crowley, but I will keep things simple, because at this point I earnestly want to be clearly understood, while before I both did not want to be understood and did not understand. I also should emphasize that I don't really care what its called or how it is moralized. Sartre and Crowley agree for example that it is a paradox, but Sartre moralizes it negatively and Crowley positively. I should also be clear I am not in any way presently in love with you, though I did have very strong and irrational feelings for you at the time due to this dynamic.

These are hilarious! I love Josh who broke up with his co-editor at the college paper, Mandy, after nine months of cheating on her. He is on vacation and needs her help. He concludes:

I know you don't want to speak with me, but I just wanted to thank you for forcing me to realize my own repugnance, the blackness of heart and vanity of spirit I've ignored. So thank you, and I wanted to say that you will love again, sooner than you think. With your tenacity and strength of character, you deserve someone who loves you and who is actually happy to see you every day. Through your inadequacy to fulfill me, I have realized my own egotism.
...
Again, I am sorry that because of me, you are broken. I am a terrible person because your love couldn't sustain me, and what I did to you is the most terrible thing I've ever done. Everything you ever said to me was completely true, and I feel awful.

Please let me know if you can edit those stories. Thanks

Josh.
